We offer a same day delivery service to all areas of the North West, with an option of 3 delivery slots for the remainder of the UK*, using our preferred logistics partner TNT.
For the Rest of the World, please call for shipment details. Core collections – C.B.T will collect old units free of charge when notified.
*To receive guaranteed next day service, orders must be placed by 4.30pm.

If you are based in the North West UK area, we offer a responsive delivery service through our own fleet of vehicles, alternately you may wish to collect from our site near Wigan or agree a meeting location. When using a shipment service, you will be provided with a consignment number so you can keep track of your delivery.
All C.B.T products come in protective packaging, clearly marked with the part number and a label inside to attach to the old unit for identification. All our aftermarket brake calipers are service exchange and surcharged so therefore need to be returned once ready to collect. We request that you keep hold of the box it was sent in as this can be used for the return of the old unit. Once the unit is ready to return, please contact us and we will confirm how and when we will have it removed. Upon receiving the old unit, we will check it over and issue a credit based on our returns criteria.
Whether it’s an individual parcel or a batch then we can ship accordingly either through the courier or palletised.
